- As a managed service provider MPA offer customers pro-active and monitored support of any customers existing IT infrastructure. Such managed services include cyber-security, network infrastructure, managed communication such as email and phone networks, backup and disaster recovery and general IT support.
Product Sourcing and Support
MPA provide in-house support for every product we offer, so customers can use the MPA support team as your first level of support, in conjunction with our Vendors
Pre-configuration and Post sales service
MPA can assist by pre-configuring your products prior to shipping, and ongoing post-sales support through contractual agreements.
